About Me
Hello and thanks for stopping by, I am passionate about helping women overcome depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences and dissociative responses. This increases their ability to maintain peace and calmness while interacting within their relationships. In the past, I experienced difficulties trusting others and my petals were withered. After starting my own healing journey, I have found a sense of security for myself and attainment within my relationships. I have almost 20 years of experience working in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I have worked with at risk youth and families providing individual and family counseling. I have provided anger management and parenting psycho-educational classes. I also provided group therapy to youth and assisted them with advocating for their mental health needs. In my spare time, I enjoy brunching and shopping, and reading books. I also enjoy baking cakes and exercising. Yes, life is all about balance. I am a girl mom and enjoy getting my nails done by my artistic daughter. I also have a fur baby ( Shih Tzu) by the name of Kenji.

I currently assist women who feel overwhelmed and stuck begin healing from relational wounds, so they can navigate relationships with confidence and ease. I work with you to increase your self confidence while making decisions. I help you identify your attachment style and understand the connection within your relationships, so that you can begin to securely connect while engaging with others. I also help you identify how to stop reacting and start responding to your emotions and needs in a non threatening manner.
How I assist
I provide a safe space for authenticity. My approach to therapy is to collaborate with you to begin identifying your strength and needs. Together we unroot your challenges and decrease your symptoms through psychoeducation, coping skills, and behavior changes. If trauma work is needed, I assist you in decreasing your emotional responses from past experiences.
